Toy Head-Quarters
The Company that made the 1991 Strawberry Shortcake dolls is called
Toy Head-Quarters (THQ). At the time they were a new company for
manufacturing toys, having been formed in 1990. However, THQ has only
produced video games since 1994. Currently THQ is a prominent
video game publisher and developer, located in Calabasas Hills, California.
It produces games for the popular video game consoles and for PCs.

produced in the early 1990's for toys only besides Strawberry Shortcake dolls

- Plush dolls were also made of some of these characters according to
the information found on the back of the boxes. These dolls were in
packaging similar to the 1991 Strawberry Shortcake dolls and seem to be the
